Someone had a good week...I really want to read once dead, twice shy. Looking forward to the review!
ReplyDeleteI love The Looking Glass Wars series. They are really good and I'm anxiously awaiting the third.
ReplyDeleteThe Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Nagaru Tanigawa!! I LOVED the manga/anime so give it to me once you're done so I can READ IT! Omigosh!!! Holy crap!
ReplyDeleteOoooh....the Sleepaway Girls.....you lucky thing, I'm SO jealous! (;
ReplyDeletePS. Have you sent out that copy of Peace Love and Baby Ducks yet? Or--have I even sent you my address? Let me know!
I love the movie version of Nick & Norah's too, but I loved it SO much more than the book, lol. So I'm interested in seeing what you think about it. Also, enjoy The Looking Glass Wars! There are mixed reviews about it, but if the first read-through doesn't appeal to you, try it again and I think it will be much better.
ReplyDeleteThose look like some cute books! :)
ReplyDeleteThe Looking Glass Wars looks very good! And Sleepaway Girls too! What a good week! Hope you enjoy!
ReplyDeleteyou had a great week. I still have to read Nick and Norah too and i love the cover of Sleepaway Girls
ReplyDeleteOMG I want to read The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya!!! I adored the anime SOOOO MUCH. LUCKY!! Let us know how it is... :D
ReplyDeleteYou got amazing books this week, Laura! I've especially been dying to read The Looking Glass Wars.
ReplyDeleteAnd I just picked up Nick and Norah because my most recent book is written in alternating points-of-view (his and hers) and someone told me Nick & Norah is an excellent example of that format done right.
We can compare notes when we're done!
:D
Cute books. I wanna read Nick and Norah, tell me if you love the book!
